7:10, 7:20, 7:35, 8:10

Left CMC to go to Institute. This drive should only take me 15 minutes.

Arrived at I-35 and Highway 121. Attempted to take overpass exit but noticed that eastbound traffic was blocked by DOT personnel.

Attempted this alternate route. Epic fail. Highway 121 eastbound is officially closed.

At 7:35 I attempted this alternate route. When it seemed futile, I turned into the shopping center to avoid the Stemmons/Hebron intersection. Biggest epic fail of all time.

At 8:05 I finally made it out of the shopping center and onto Hebron.

An hour later, I finally made it to Institute. I wasn't the only one late.

I also found out this was the reason why Highway 121 was closed.
