My friend sent me the link to this article on how to dress for a casual Mormon dance. I appreciate the following comments:
1. "Latter-day Saint youth take modesty very seriously and aren't attracted to immodesty."
Really? Boys will be boys, ladies and gentlemen. While there are many nice LDS guys who don't necessarily appreciate immodesty, to say they are not attracted to it might be a bit of an overestimate.
2. "If you are not dressed appropriately, an adult leaders may take you aside and remind you of the churches modesty standards and possibly even have you wear a T-shirt over clothing."
Wow, I don't think I ever saw this happen...
